Subject: [PATCH] Forced commit to denote that the third item of the previous
 commit message should have read:

- Remove the hw.dc_quick SYSCTL, which allowed to turn off the above
  mentioned optimization, as like the equivalent and already removed
  hw.sis_quick it existed for testing purposes only.
