remove doubled name in objcopy manpage

We generate the installed objcopy man page from ELF Tool Chain's
elfcopy, but the sed expresion used for this ended up producing
"objcopy, objcopy - copy and translate object files".

Instead of replacing the first "elfcopy" with objcopy, just remove it.
