Really disable wtmp logging when chrooting.
Also perform a small cleanup to ftpd_logwtmp(). Just use a NULL parameter for the username to indicate a logout, instead of an empty string. Reported by: Alexey Shuvaev <shuvaev physik uni-wuerzburg de>
