msdosfs manuals: describe and link better

+ xref msdosfs(4) to all msdosfs pages, and xref them all back
+ add name of filesystem and popular abreviation to all descriptions
- remove long irrelevant DOS/Windows from description/search keywords
- remove fsck_ffs(8) from fsck_msdos(8)
