Windows: AFSRequestExtentsAsync and AFSDoExtentsMapRegion

When calling AFSDoExtentsMapRegion() the FCB ExtentsResource
must be held.   AFSRequestExtentsAsync() failed to hold the
ExtentsResource across the call.
