LINUX: Avoid 'wakeup' define
Make 'wakeup' a static inline function instead of redefining 'wakeup', so we can use the keyword 'wakeup' elsewhere. Specifically, 'wakeup' is used in some Linux kernel structures, so redefining it can confuse some things.
