* Revert Win7 SMB Reconnect Bug Workaround
The workaround breaks systems where "afs.<fqdn>" is a valid
DNS name or systems joined to an AD domain but unable to
connect to the AD servers.
* VNOSERVICE errors should not result in the file server
or the volume being marked offline. Instead the RPC should
be retried.
