Windows: NetrShareGetInfo do not return registry errors

In NetrShareGetInfo() when registry api calls fail do not leak the
error codes to the caller.  Instead, set the error to CM_ERROR_NOSUCHPATH
so that NERR_NetNameNotFound can be returned.
