Subject: [PATCH] Link libafsauthent with -lresolv if required

libafsauthent includes auth/cellconfig.c, which uses res_search, so it
requires -lresolv even if it isn't needed for gethostbyname.  Add
LIB_AFSDB to the link line for libafsauthent.
