However, in bucoord/commands.c, bc_VolRestoreCmd(), bc_DiskRestoreCmd(),

instead of NULL. Because there is no prototype for bc_StartDmpRst() this
results in a crash on 64-bit Linux. (when running 'volrestore' from an
