Aside from the help, there is only one way to run B<fs flushall>, which is
as follows:

   % fs flushall
   %

=head1 PRIVILEGE REQUIRED

The issuer must be logged in as the local superuser C<root>.

In previous releases of OpenAFS (versions 1.8.x and older), no special
privileges were required for this command.
