Make typedefs of AFS_UCRED and AFS_PROC, with a corresponding name change. The names afs_ucred_t and afs_proc_t are chosen since these appear to be the best available choices. The names cannot actually collide with anything which POSIX might later introduce. For UKERNEL, the preprocessor is used to redirect references. This seems not easily avoidable at present.
